Search Committee Update to the Congregation

The Search Committee is now in high gear, having met for the tenth time this past Wednesday. The process of reviewing Minister Profiles continues. The flow has slowed to a trickle, but has not stopped yet. We have held telephone interviews with four of our most promising candidates, have scheduled a fifth, and are reviewing audio and video sermons for each. The next steps will include some in-person meetings.

While we are enthusiastic about these candidates, we have not yet been led to any conclusions and want to reassure you that we will not make any decisions until we are certain that God has led us to the individual who is right for us.
