Here is a notice from SICM regarding their spice drive beginning August 31st–
SICM is holding its quarterly Spice Drive from Wednesday, August 31st until Friday, September 2nd at the Niskayuna CO-OP and we need your help!
Spices can be expensive…. I think anyone who has moved out of their parents’ house and then went to cook dinner for themselves realizes this!
We are looking for about three volunteers per day to assist a SICM staff person as we encourage CO-OP shoppers to purchase spices and donate them to SICM so that we can distribute them to the people we serve. The hours are from 2pm-4pm on all three days.
