June Mission

Our Mission of the Month Collection will benefit Bethesda House.  Bethesda House opened in 1992 as an interfaith ministry to the homeless, disabled and economically disadvantaged citizens of Schenectady County.   Their goal is to end the cycle of poverty & homelessness—not just manage the symptoms.  Their areas of focus for Adults is offering hands-on help to address chronic homelessness, mental health, substance abuse, disability, and systematic poverty; and for Families they offer support through a food pantry, community meals and financial assistance.  Over 200 people enter their doors every day to receive care, access services, and most importantly—be treated as human beings with dignity.  Your generosity is greatly appreciated.  Thank you!

For SiCM, in honor of Father’s Day, we will be collecting Men’s Personal Care Products—hair care items, body wash, deodorant, shaving items, etc..
