The SiCM/City Mission collections will be school supplies.  All items welcome, from backpacks to pencils.  Blue collection bins are in the Education Building, by doorway.  The doors to the Education Building are closed for added security.  You may drop off donations on Tuesday & Thursday from 2-5 and press the TSL button and they can let you in.  You may also drop off on Wednesday from 8-4 and buzz the church office button.  If you have a code to the green kitchen door you may go in that way as well.  Deadline to drop off school supplies is August 28th.  Thank you in advance for your continued generosity.

The August Mission of the Month will benefit The Guardian House in Ballston Spa, NY which is run by the Veterans and Community Housing Coalition and provides housing to female veterans in New York State without a permanent place to live.   It’s a halfway house of sorts for female veterans who face homelessness and, often, are coping with addiction and past trauma. It is the only house of its kind in the state, and one of just seven in the country funded by the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs. Your generosity is greatly appreciated.  Thank you!
