Our annual Flea Market will take place THIS SATURDAY, SEPTEMBER 24th from 9am- 4pm. We still need volunteers to help out!!
We still need help in the following areas:
1 Parking attendant–6:30-9
1 Parking attendant–9-12
2 Parking attendants–12-2
Runners-all day shifts needed
The role of the runners is to take orders for the vendors and deliver their meals. We need help prior to the start (7-9 am) for coffee/breakfast orders and also from 11-2, which is the most critical need. Even if you can only come for ONE HOUR!!
If you would like to be a vendor in the Flea Market this year, please sign and return the enclosed contract along with your deposit. We still have available vendor spots!!! The church office is open this Tuesday & Thursday from 8-3. If you want to drop it off, those are the best days to do it. Otherwise, you can put your contract in the mail.
